MY FIRST ROTTENTOMATOES PREDICTION OVERVIEW

Hello there. Long time no see you guys. Well, I'm still alive, and this blog is also still alive. But, you know, I have some situations--every student's situation actually, so I couldn't write any movie review or any kind of post on this blog for a while. And I'm so sorry for that. But here I am, I'm back.
Okay, back to our topic. So, for those who have read all my post on this blog, I believe you have seen my "Summer Movie Preview Part 1" that was published last May. Beside some general informations and summaries for these big-budget blockbuster hollywood cash-cows, I've actually put some box office and also rottentomatoes score prediction. So, how is the prediction? Let's admit it. I'm quite brilliant on this.
1. IRON MAN 3
Predicted : 85%
Actual : 78%
Difference : 7%
I should make it lower because it contained one of the worst twist ever told on a big-budget superhero movie.
2. THE GREAT GATSBY
Predicted : 68%
Actual : 51%
Difference : 17%
The Great Gatsby is actually pretty great. It has amazing casts, wonderful soundtracks and mind-blowing production design. The audiences and even fans of the book love it too. So I still don't have any idea why critics hate it so much.
3. STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS
Predicted : 87%
Actual : 87%
Difference : 0%
One word : JACKPOT!!
4. FURIOUS 6
Predicted : 64%
Actual : 72%
Difference : 8%
I don't believe that critics gave a lot of love to this slower-and-less-furious sequel. Their appetite to movies are so unpredictable and sometimes, pathetic.
5. THE HANGOVER PART III
Predicted : 42%
Actual : 21%
Difference : 21%
What?! It's worsen that the part 2? SHAME!
6. EPIC
Predicted : 73%
Actual : 62%
Difference : 11%
Epic looks good and quite--you know--epic from the trailers. But, well, animation movies are harder to predict.
7. NOW YOU SEE ME
Predicted : 47%
Actual : 44%
Difference : 3%
I'll consider this as a jackpot, because : 1. My prediction was also on the 40s %. 2. It has only 3% difference from the actual score.
8. AFTER EARTH
Predicted : 32%
Actual : 11%
Difference : 21%
Oh god. After Earth was written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan. I should make it much lower!
Okay. That's all folks! Not bad, huh?
